How It Works:

1. Send Photos & Descriptions:

   • Email 1-2 photos of your pet to beth@shoplittlebee.co.uk with your order number in the subject line.
   • Include a brief description of your pet’s character.
   • Specify any optional accents (e.g., flowers), a specific pose, or notable markings.
   • Mention if the pet should be drawn with or without a collar.

2. Sketch Review:

   • We’ll create a preliminary sketch and email it to you.
   • Review and request any minor alterations (one round included).

3. Final Artwork:

   • We’ll complete the coloring and final details.
   • Please allow 10-12 working days for the completed portrait, subject to your timely feedback.
   • You will receive the original artwork by post or digital files via email, based on your purchase option.

Disclaimer: We strive to ensure your satisfaction! However, refunds are not possible if the completed artwork meets the standard of our examples. If you decide not to continue after the sketch (and it meets our usual standard), you may request a 50% refund. The sketch stage allows one round of minor changes. No changes can be made after colouring.
