Delivery Options & Charges
We offer the following delivery options for orders within the United Kingdom:
1. Standard Delivery
- Cost: £3.99 (Free for orders over £50)
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
- Orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched on the same day (Monday to Friday).
2. Express Delivery
- Cost: £6.99
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
- Orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched on the same day (Monday to Friday).
Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure that all shipping details are correct to avoid any delays.
- Dispatch Notifications: You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Our delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, postal strikes).
Click & Collect
- Service: Currently, we do not offer a Click & Collect service. All orders are dispatched directly to the shipping address provided.
Tracking Your Order

Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
